Introduction to the MBTI
Participants will receive an introduction and insight into the different uses of the Myers Briggs psychometric tool. Ideal for self development or as a taster for anyone considering training to become a practitioner.
A brief introduction to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, its origins and its current uses. This fun and interactive session will illustrate our personal preferences through an exploration of the different 'preference pairs', and a variety of interesting, engaging and funny scenarios to demonstrate the dichotomies of Extroversion/Introversion, Intuitive/Sensing, Thinking/Feeling and Judging/Perceiving. The session ends with Q & A's and a discussion around how heightened awareness of self and others' preferences can facilitate leaders during times of stress and uncertainty, bringing about a shift in perspective and balance on both a personal and team level.
