Coaching Constellations
What you will get from this session
Constellations create a living map of challenging issues and so illuminate the dynamics that create stuckness in individuals, teams and organisations. Through presentation and experiential demonstration, all participants will experience a constellation, gain fresh insights into current pressing issues and explore application in their own coaching practice.
Who is this session for?
Any and all coaches at any stage of their development interested in hearing about and experiencing this emerging discipline and getting a sense of the skills and knowledge needed to facilitate constellations.
An introduction to the principles and practice of systemic constellations in coaching
A mix of presentation, experience and demonstration that will allow everybody an opportunity to experience a constellation and plenty of time for questions plus a larger supervision or organisational constellation if appropriate

John is a developmental coach in private practice and also works as an associate coach with The London Business School. He has been using systemic constellations in his coaching practice with individuals and teams for several years and facilitates open workshops and learning circles for coaches and business leaders on a regular basis.
