I am strong people/product person who has many years experience of developing products, managing companies, directing trusts, growing my own company from concept to a successful SME. My hallmarks are a mixture of activity and wisdom, intuition and experience, knowledge and logic.
Always interested in personal development, I set up Coaching Insight, which is a bespoke coaching, mentoring and training company working in the Midlands and London. Using my motivational and behavioural profiling experience, business coaching and NLP skills I am now helping people, companies and organisations develop, plan and implement new strategies and processes in our rapidly changing world.
