• Substitutions: Substitutions can be made up to one week before the event. A £15 administration fee will be charged for substitutions with less than one month notice
• Cancellations In case of a cancellation, costs of £35 will be charged if notified on or before 19/7/09 or of £75 after 19/7/09. The remainder will be refunded to you by 30/9/09
• Multiple registrations To register more than one person, click the "Add to cart" button (below) to go to the shopping cart. In the quantity ("Qty.") box enter the number of registrations and click on "Update cart", then on "Checkout". Enter the names and email addresses of all delegates in the "Order comments" box
