Conference sessions: Coaches working together

There is a limit to what one coach, one professional or business owner, can achieve. The way forward is a rich mix of individual actions, partnerships and larger collaborations

There is no longer any doubt: we are connected in many many different ways, through our local communities, our network of clients, colleagues and suppliers, the media and the Internet. Our local actions affect the global world. The world is too complex for individuals to really succeed by themselves

Come to these sessions to see and experience coaches working together, bring your own 'unsolvable' challenges and watch them dissolve through the power of groups

  • Coaching in Tandem Jenny and Nigel Heath
    A workshop exploring the power of co-coaching
    ‘Tandem Coaching’ is our term for having two coaches work with a client. For us, cycling on our tandem is synonymous with being in rapport as we work and play across sometimes rough, sometimes smooth terrain
  • Open Space – Passion and Responsibility Janine Waldman and Deirdre Dee
    Join like-minded coaches at our Open Space event, where anything goes! An unstructured, creative and innovative space where we can generate ideas and bring about change for our coaching community.
